Returns If you need to return an item for any reason, you need to contact me within 10 days of receipt.  Please contact me for return instructions.  Item must show no signs of wear or use and must be returned in original packaging with copy of receipt.  I do not accept returns for size errors.  Please refer to size chart for Havaianas.  Original price only will be refunded.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please allow adequate time for refund.  Refunds should take no more than 10 days.

Repairs Each sandal or other item is handmade by myself.  I use a special industrial glue to ensure maximum hold.  However, over time and through rough use, some stones may come loose or fall off.  For this reason, extra crystals are included with each order.  Individual crystals can be replaced using a drop of super glue.  For major repairs, please contact me.  If major repairs are needed wtihin the first 2 weeks of purchase, I will repair your item at no charge.  After the 2 week limit, there will be a small charge for repairs.
